Asked for long acrylic coffin nails. Got straight nails. Wanted green polish for st. Patty’s day, got clear polish with green glitter, in person lots of gaps. Manhandled me and didn’t care for my skin at all. Left in pain and irritated. A lady named Vivian did my grandmother’s mani pedi, did a wonderful job. If you go here, ask for her. I ended up spending hours trying to fix it myself, so much for treating myself.

First time coming to royal nails. Walked in hoping to get a pedicure, the place was empty with an hour and half before closing. Should have taken that as a clue. The lady walked from in the back a few moments later and asked what I wanted, I was still looking at the pricing and replied that I would like to get a pedicure. She then told me I was too fat and that I would break her chairs… talk about great customer service… definitely do not recommend to anyone.

I grew my natural nail out for 6 months and when I went in I asked for a fake tip on my thumb nail as I had just broke it off. Instead of soaking my acrylic powder off, she started ripping my acrylic powder off using the edge of one of the fake tips, nail clippers, and cuticle trimmers. This broke all of my natural nail off and split several of my nails down into the quick and in half. I went in to this salon to get a fill for my acrylics. I grew my natural nail out for 6 months and when I went in I asked for a fake tip on my thumb nail as I had just broke it off. The lady was very sweet but did a horrible job. I asked for a new set of acrylic nails with shellac and they look like gobs acrylic on the tips of my fingers I’m so disappointed because now I have to spend more money to get them fixed somewhere else. It’s my own fault for not reading reviews before I went.
