Wife got a full set here. Made her bleed multiple times. And when she went back the next day to get them fixed they only made her bleed again. I didn’t get to have any service this time. I had a 2:00 appt. but was told to come back at 2:30 but I told them No since I had an appt which I was 15 mins early. After sitting for another 15 mins they tried to give me a pedicure. I wasn’t there for a pedicure. Then after all that waiting they try to tell me my granddaughter couldn’t get her nails done since she wasn’t 11 years old. She has had her nails done there before within 2 months. The only time I was in there before there were 2 girls that appeared to be around 8 getting there’s done. We left and went to Grand Island for our Nail Day! This place is horrible.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have gone to the place multiple times for convenience EVERY time I go back they are rude, unprofessional, unsanitary, and overall bad at there job. Last time I made an appointment THEY DIDNT EVEN SHOW UP. I had an appointment for when they opened I waited outside for 20 minutes and they still didnt show up. Today I went in with a friend we had an appointment at 4:30 we got there on time. The lady started my friends nails while the man sat in a seat and watched tennis. After 20 minutes He then started the process of my nails but then stopped when a walk in came in. I waited 1hr while he did someone else’s nails before mine even though I had an appointment and left with no nails because by the time he wanted to do mine my friends were already done. They didn’t care AT ALL. I seriously hope that this place gets SHUT DOWN. I have gone to the place multiple times for convenience EVERY time I go back they are rude, unprofessional, unsanitary, and overall bad at there job. Last time I made an appointment THEY DIDNT EVEN SHOW UP. I had an appointment for when they opened I waited outside for 20 minutes and they still didnt show up.
