i went in with an appointment and still had to wait some time once i was helped i told the guy what i wanted and he got to work don’t get me wrong i like the color and the design but he made all but one nail bleed all my fingers hurt after and i had to deal with the bleeding for a few hours after because it would not stop. i was very unhappy with the pain and blood. it was very painful as he was doing my nails also. don’t recommend this place at all.

They always make time for me! I ‘ve walked in and I’ve made appointments, they are very accommodating! Tiffany always tells me hello, and asks me if I would like something to drink, never have I left there felling less than satisfied! Critical: QualityI called and scheduled 4 manicures and 4 pedicures but they only had 3 nail techs (which wasn’t a huge deal) but we would’ve liked to all get pedicures at the same time. I have had my nails done at several places, and for the powder (dip) nails, this place does beautiful work. I like a combination of colors on each hand and they probably think I am crazy but they are very accommodating. The owner may come a roess as a bit gruff, but he knows his stuff and gave me the best dipped manicure I have had. I have had another lady do them too and they are equally as beautiful. I can do ANYTHING in these nails. Quality work, for sure! I have had the dipped nails from other places look bulky and chip off, NOT these. Going back tonight for another great design.

I wanted acrylic nails for a very long time after mutiple times of asking my mom she finally let me go! I was so exited and happy! However when we got there the smell is very very VERY strong of acetone. When we were done I said they looked good (but they did not) I just did not want t upset my dad but my dad did not think they looked good either. I never got to go and get them redone I have not had any acrylics since. The guy that did my nails did not remove my cuticles or do anything as soon as I sat in the chair he started to put the acrylics on. He was rushing on not focused (while talking to other employees). As a result of his sloppy effort, the nails came out too big and crooked. It was my birthday present.
