BEST EXPERIENCE IN THIS AREA I’VE EVER HAD. Every employee was courteous, the salon was clean, and it had a lovely atmosphere. In addition to the wonderful and thoroughly entertaining experience… I LOVED that they give you a menu for the pedicure so you can choose the experience you want and know exactly what you are paying for. I once went to the best and was paid $50 simply to have my feet bathed for about 5 minutes and have my toes painted. Absolutely, I would return to USA Nails! Overall, wonderful experience! If I could, I’d give them a 10:)

I know that nail salons are crowded on Fridays. I arrived maybe an hour after the shop opened. Such a fluid movement. The staff is excellent, everyone is taken care of quickly, and I love what they do! I was amazed by the woman’s management skills and her ability to keep the business running properly. She was making sure everyone checked in and working with the nail techs to determine who was going where while answering phones AND taking care of clients. This place is fantastic. They work efficiently and deliver excellent work.

I’ve looked all over and discovered a top-notch salon! This work is amazing, in my opinion. Despite the high volume of clients, the staff remained attentive to me. Saturday afternoon is when I arrived. Based on an image I sent her, she created the precise design! for me, and did so with great care. It feels comfortable here. Being here makes me very happy. Brand-name nail supplies are sold, and parking spaces are available. Price-wise, it’s a great deal. Their work has my satisfaction.

Thanks to Ema, my Dip manicure was immaculate. When I first stepped in, she took the time to paint my nails just how I wanted them. She is amazing, and I heartily suggest her salon. I’ll definitely go back and use her services again for a complete body wax. It was worth the trip there. I’m really proud of myself!

Told the older lady to make them squared. She made them round. Told her the paint was uneven. She applied 4 coats on one toe and 2 on the other. She ignored me and walked away. Told her daughter and she tried to tell me they were fine. She put a top coat only. Told her they needed to be cleaned from the top and brushed it off her shoulder. She grabbed my toes and told me nobody is going to be looking close up to my toes “like this.” “It’s going to be 15 dollars oaky.”

I will only get my nails and toes painted there! My acrylics are always done beautifully, and I adore the people, the ambience, and the service! I’m going to try getting eyelash extensions for the first time here because the front desk employee is always very lovely and helpful and there are lots of pretty colors to chose from. 100% endorse US Nails!

My 10 year old niece asked me if I did these myself. Uneven surface, uneven lengths.. bubbling gel application.. just a super rusty job. The lady legit lined up my nails together to where she cut them to see if they were even lol! as I’m trying to put my thumbs together and she’s pulling the tips together… anyways.. she didn’t touch my cuticles.. it’s been 3 days and they need to be filled. She also poured some alcohol into a tray of used drill heads to Dip a Q-tip into to wipe off the gel nail polish she dropped on my skin! Just not sanitary whatsoever. They were completely dead at 1pm on a Saturday. Should have known. This OG nail tech from 95’ hasn’t had training since 89’.. Especially not in gel application which that is all they are trying to sell and up charge for.. acrylic with gel coat? For $50? I blame the Terrible management. Not her fault. The manager says hi and then starts mopping and the I couldnt believe this.. she started sneezing without covering her mouth. The lady who did my nails and the owner collaboratively said hi, wash hands, you new?, pedicure?, come back. The entire 2 hours I was there. Whatever. Needed to get my nails done. Just hoping not everyone is as observant as my niece when they look at my junked up nail job. Usually have better luck being a walk-in but I should have googled them before I went in because 2.5 stars is generous. This is a full on 1 star. Sorry I can do my nails better myself and My boyfriend is making me go back for these to be redone with a pedicure you begged me to come back for. He thinks you deserve a chance to fix this, not just for me but for your business.
