Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueTerrible experience. He tried to PEAL off my gel polish instead of soaking it or using a file and then left me twice. Once to answer a phone call and once to touch up a pedicure. I had to ASK him to make my nails the same length and at the end he used alcohol on the nails and took off the clear coat giving them all a sticky and matte look and feel. Terrible experience. He tried to PEAL off my gel polish instead of soaking it or using a file and then left me twice. Once to answer a phone call and once to touch up a pedicure. I had to ASK him to make my nails the same length and at the end he used alcohol on the nails and took off the clear coat giving them all a sticky and matte look and feel. Critical: ProfessionalismI’m not one to leave reviews, but l had to for this. I came to get a manicure and everything felt fine at first until I noticed the lady doing a poor job and REALLY rushing. In the process of that, the man (who I think is the manager) was yelling at a woman who wanted just nail polish but he was trying to convince her to get gel or acrylics. They were short tempered with me too when I was actually getting my color picked out and rushed me. The next day, my nails already chipped and bubbled on the side because she rushed and attached the gel to the sides of my skin. It is just not worth it, trust me. I’m not one to leave reviews, but l had to for this. I came to get a manicure and everything felt fine at first until I noticed the lady doing a poor job and REALLY rushing. In the process of that, the man (who I think is the manager) was yelling at a woman who wanted just nail polish but he was trying to convince her to get gel or acrylics. I left there each time upset with my nails and once I even showed her where she missed a huge spot and even after she said she fixed it still looked horrible. I have gone there three times in hopes that I would receive good service but all times I was so disappointed. I left there each time upset with my nails and once I even showed her where she missed a huge spot and even after she said she fixed it still looked horrible. While the low prices may attract you, I would still not recommend because you will leave upset.

The energy was negative and the owner/man was gruff immediately (no smiles). It was like we were intruding. Sat down and he basically threw the color choice bin at us. After a couple minutes of removing my existing polish, I had to get up and leave as I felt so uncomfortable. My daughter said “they are not nice”, and kids are honest and she is as sweet as pie. She was right, and we left. We told them we felt unwanted and we had to leave and nothing was said back. It was bizarre, like nothing I have ever experienced in a business. DO THEY EVEN WANT CUSTOMERS? I walked in with my daughter (6) for a polish for her and a full set for me. The energy was negative and the owner/man was gruff immediately (no smiles). It was like we were intruding. Sat down and he basically threw the color choice bin at us. After a couple minutes of removing my existing polish, I had to get up and leave as I felt so uncomfortable. Then, I try going as a walk in, sit in the chair for 40 minutes waiting, a person with appt comes in and they tell me I’ll need to wait another 15-20 min. Extremely inconsistent with honoring their appts! I’ve had reserved times in the past and end up waiting 30 to 45 minutes while they take walk ins. Then, I try going as a walk in, sit in the chair for 40 minutes waiting, a person with appt comes in and they tell me I’ll need to wait another 15-20 min.
