Absolutely terrible, She literally picked at my dead skin with the knippers! WHO DOES THAT!? Didn’t even get the polish close to my cuticle. will never go here again. In the picture you can see where she picked my skin! Didn’t even file my nails, cut my cuticles. Terrible. terrible. terrible.

I will never go back. Had an appointment which was pointless. My and daughter and I were done in 20 minutes all together. Didn’t cut my nails just filed told her one was acrylic she shrugged it off. Said ouch to her 3 times and she laughed at me. Spend way to much to get pampered and be completely disappointed. Doesn’t matter to say anything she just laughs and shrugs it off. Very disappointed.

I got white dip and my nails look like teeth. They have bumps on the nails and so they were not buffed down and some were not filed straight. They don’t look bad from a distance and the people were nice but I will not go back again do to the quality of the way my nails look

Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the lady who did the pedicures painted my toes really nice. She was really rough with rubbing the lotion on and doing the massage. I also spent the entire next day scratching my legs and feet. Not sure if I’m having a reaction to the lotion they use or something else. Pedicure

The first time I went in this salon I was very rudely turned away because they were “too busy”. There was literally 3 customers in the establishment on a very blah and rainy Wednesday afternoon. I came back another day to try again and they took me. The nails were ok but the thumb lengths were not even. When I tried to get them off a couple weeks later, I repeatedly soaked them in acetone for 4 hours and they would NOT COME OFF. I literally sat in my bathroom till 1 am ripping these nails off along with my real nails! These people must be using gorilla glue instead of nail glue or something.

Having an appointment was pointless. Explaining what I wanted was not understood, and then he was rude cause he got it wrong. I settled since was taking too long. Clearly knew I was not happy.
