If I could leave no stars I would. My wife went in when there were 2 people free and was not even spoken to. I have worked in the service industry for YEARS I don’t care how busy you are you can SPEAK. She was looking for a new place to become a regular customer but I guess she just needs to continue the trip to ZaZas where they treat you like a PERSON instead of money.. I had read 2 bad reviews before telling her to try it and I wish I would have listened..

It wasn’t busy when we got there and Im kinda wondering if it is because of how long they took to do one manicure. Normally I’m uses to only taking 20-30 minutes for an acrylic full set. But here it took 45 minutes to an hour. Although it seems the nail technician was paying very close attention to detail. More so than any normal technician I only ended up with a decent manicure. Also I find it concerning that my nail technician didn’t wear a mask only because she spent so much time filing and shaping my nails. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re going for a quick trip to the nail salon.

It wasn’t great, but wasn’t awful. They didn’t rub your feet and legs the same amount of time as most places and when the woman was working on my toenails and cuticle area she made me bleed. No big deal it happens, but then I noticed that the tools were being put in barbercide instead of an autoclave. I am picky about tools being clean. It is worth mentioning it seems that my big toe got slightly infected. But! They are very cheap, and did amazing work. My pedicure never looked better. Just not as sanitary as I would like, and they don’t do as much. Is it worth another go? Maybe. I’d say try it! You may love it you may not.

Friendly staff. Be prepared to wait because of 2 nail techs and one for pedicures. Their prices are reasonable and the quality of service makes it well worth the wait!
