The manicure left me completely unsatisfied. I missed the previous comments about bleeding cuticles. I experienced that as well. The finished product was not much better as you can see. I was excited about the no wait for a walk-in on a Monday afternoon. I got a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was decent nothing special. The manicure left me completely unsatisfied. I missed the previous comments about bleeding cuticles. I experienced that as well. The finished product was not much better as you can see. You know what, I’m very impressed. The work was awesome! Done very quickly too. Ive tried out multiple shops in the MS area and they’re not nearly as talented and the prices aren’t as good as royal nails either. Will come again. Nail extensions, Acrylic nails

I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but I couldn’t leave this one. I was in Jackson from out of town and this salon was recommended to me. I got a gel pedi and gel mani. I asked the person who did my nails if they could do a design that I showed him and he said yes. Then I was moved to a different person to do my manicure who took over 2 hours to complete the manicure, which looked quite unlike the picture I showed him. I understand that nail technicians have to practice and improve as they learn, but my nails are chipped (6 of 10 nails to be exact) less than a week later. The guy who did my manicure took so long doing trying to do a design that he couldn’t do that he didn’t add top coat to my nails. So less than a week later I am stuck with chipped nails that look terrible and am out $100. This is really unacceptable service and I honestly just wish the tech had told me he couldn’t do the design I showed him and I would have pivoted. All that said, the pedicure was fine. I absolutely would never return here.
