My first ever pedicure and manicure turned out beautifully thanks to these ladies! They have good communication and are very patient and accommodating. Even though my treatment ended up taking me a little past their closing hours, they did not rush my time with them and I came away a happy customer with fantastic results! Highly recommend

Very unhappy with my services. Staff was unbelievably rude to me. Gentleman doing my pedicure didn’t speak, once. My foot massage lasted, maybe one minute. The SNS is sloppy and looks like a child painted my nails. I’m now sitting at another salon having what Royal Nails did to me, fixed. Being new to Mobile it’s unfortunate that a small business doesn’t take care of the customer. I won’t be returning.

I haven’t got my nails done in a long time because of the smell well today I went to Royal nails on Tanner Williams and they did absolutely amazing job and I will be gone back or a regular basis the new S&S knows or amazing so are the workers there and the photos give no justice they change colors when hot or cold

Clean. Sanitary. Lots of precautions to prevent covid exposure. Very respectful to all customers. Patient with newbies (to SNS) such as myself. Careful to explain services and prices. They informed me that they do not do acrylic nails- only SNS. They took their time and did not rush. Their rating on the wall is “100”

I am so pleased with this nail shop. For 1: they are quick. 2: it’s no off putting smell in there thats notorious for nail shops that give me a splitting headache. 3: I brought my son in with me because dad had to work. He’s four, and they actually had a little area with toys and snacks!!! I was like alrighty now! 4: they are really nice. Yes they have their own language which I appreciate, we all different but let’s please just get along! But when they are speaking in their language I didn’t get the vibe that they were talking about me…which in some other cases in other establishments I could swear they were taking about me but then smile. These people were genuinely nice. 5: they did a great job and their prices are reasonable. They have a loyal customer in me. Thank you all for giving me a new nail shop that I can unwind in here in Alabama! I almost forgot..they are very clean!!!! And that’s my major concern. I love the chairs for pedicures..it’s like a transformer! Never saw that before.
