My girlfriend went here and made an appointment for an SNS removal. A male saw her and was rude since she walked in. He made her wait a very long time. And was mean to everyone else in the store. He ruined her nails and was extremely rough with her. Her natural nails were long and beautiful and he cut them to the bone. Never go here, or at least this company can fire the man who did her nails. I don’t know his name, but she was ripped off and abused. I have pictures of what they did. This is disgraceful and disgusting. She needs a refund and an apology.

I’d give this salon a zero if I could. Just moved to Jasper and went here first (I realize I have to “shop” around for what will be my salon.) From the get go I did not feel welcomed. The nail tech didn’t talk to me, and only talked to her fellow workers in their native language. She never asked me what shape I wanted, and was annoyed when I took some extra time picking a color. She finished, cashed me out, and that was it. A couple days later I noticed a crack. I went back and a man asked me what I needed. I told him that I had just been there a couple days before and got a crack.The way he acted and talked made me think he didn’t believe I had them done there. I told him the number of my color (dip) and then he said “oh ok you did get them here!” What!?!? He had me sit down and I waited for over 20 minutes. No one came up to me and when I tried to get their attention I was ignored. I’ve been going to nail salons like this for most of my adult life and this was, by far, one of my worst experiences. These services aren’t cheap and I’m an awesome tipper. Royal Nails did not even get 10% tip, and that’s saying a lot. Don’t waste your money, ladies and gents!

If you read any review read this one !! wanted to give this place a good rating as it is very beautiful and clean inside BUT … I’ve been to many many nail places in my years from different states … I’ve had nails last week’s leading up to a fill. I’m new to jasper and took my daughter here to get a full set for her birthday last Wednesday. Yesterday Tuesday 6 days later she lost TWO nails without even feeling them so she didn’t snag them off they just wore out and came off. Two in ONE day. Then today Wednesday making it exactly ONE week since getting the set she has lost 2 more. That’s 4 nails just falling off with no tugging or snagging to lead to this in just 6/7 days of getting a whole brand new set. I’m not sure what could have been done so rushed for these nails not to hold but we’re both upset. She was so excited to go back in a couple weeks for a fill and now she is almost missing half a set within the first week. And I hate to be this person but nails shouldnt just fall off within the first week. This was a $60 set on a young girl I didn’t mind the price but was expecting her to have them for more than 6 days . I recommend going else where where they will take the time to fully prep the nail for a lasting set.

Beware: Made an appointment for 12:30, they put me and my sisters in the back for 45 minutes before anyone came to start our pedicures. Once started i had to inform the tech that my uv light wasn’t working over and over again and it seemed that she was taking her anger out on my feet. Not relaxing at all. After a simple pedicure and very simple manicure my cost was $93 before tip. The screen said volcanic rock pedicure, and I said I did get that type of pedicure, I got a $35 pedicure but they charged me $55 and said that’s the charge because I got gel nail polish. I stated that no where in their price list does it say $20 extra for gel, they told me “now you know!”

Today Anthony did a beautiful job on my fingernails. They had to be cut down some (to enable me to type), and he painted some awesome snowflakes on the festive, red polish. I also had a pedicure.
