Their utensils that sit in the “sterilizer” are not clean because when I arrived she was doing a clients nails and used those same nail tools with the previous clients dead skin still on them, on me. I got a “pink and white” and it looks like white on white because she dipped my nails in a white finishing powder that left little white dots where the pink should have been. Not only did I not receive what I wanted, My nails had dip all over them because of how sloppy she applied the powder. Absolute WORST Nail salon Ever!!!!! This is the second time I have had my nails destroyed here! Their utensils that sit in the “sterilizer” are not clean because when I arrived she was doing a clients nails and used those same nail tools with the previous clients dead skin still on them, on me. I got a “pink and white” and it looks like white on white because she dipped my nails in a white finishing powder that left little white dots where the pink should have been. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’m not sure how this place has such high ratings! I came in with a reservation with a group of girls and they were not prepared for us. They rushed through our appointment and did a very poor job on my acrylic french nails (paint was crooked, nails were an odd shape and all different shapes, no cuticle work and the nails were slapped on and looked like they had already grown out!) I asked for cuticle oil and was told “no” by the lady. Thinking she didn’t hear me I asked her again and then asked her husband and that’s when he went fishing for it in the back closet and handed me the bottle. He seemed puzzled like he didn’t know what to do with it or maybe he was just refusing to do it- not sure! I was very disappointed. After examining my nails for some time and trying to make myself content with the work, I decided it was disappointing enough and not worth $35+tip. The shop was closed as soon as we left, so I called the shop and explained I was disappointed with the work. I first offered the idea for a redo but was being given the run around and the phone handed off to her husband and back to her. I finally asked for someone to come outside to speak to me. The lady let me in and I explained what was wrong with the work, she told me “I don’t have time for this. I chop off if you want refund. I don’t have time for this” She was extremely rude and made sure to butcher the nails with clippers, as if the work wasn’t bad enough already! I was just thankful to have my money back. She then told me to never come back to her shop. Not really sure what kind of costumer service that was. They rushed through our appointment and did a very poor job on my acrylic french nails (paint was crooked, nails were an odd shape and all different shapes, no cuticle work and the nails were slapped on and looked like they had already grown out!)
