Critical: ProfessionalismTried making an appointment for mani/pedi for 3 people next week. Was told I had to call the morning of that day. They don’t make appointments? They lost my business. Tried making an appointment for mani/pedi for 3 people next week. Was told I had to call the morning of that day. They don’t make appointments? They lost my business. When we need mani/pedicures done for a wedding, we can’t take a chance like that. Ridiculous. Called Diamond Nails in Fulton and got appointments with no problem.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI will never return. For starters it does not smell nice at all. It is also not clean at all. The equipment they use look very old and unsanitary. The pedicure did not come with anything, they didn’t paint the sides or corners of my nails. you can see the whites of my nails through the nail polish. My nail polish is literally see through. and before you think, “just speak up if you don’t like it!”… I did. I asked for another coat and she replied “if you want it darker you should’ve picked a darker color. you asked for this color” the polish was NOT see through on the model. Not to mention the selection of colors is not modern at all. i’m actually about to go get my nails redone by someone else because these look childish but also old at the same time. I could’ve done a better job and saved myself $62. All of my nails are uneven, some are too short, some are literally crooked diagonal, and they all have jagged ends.Services: Manicure, PedicureI will never return. I called to book an appointment, asking what times are available and if there was anything available later in the week (sometimes places get busy and appointments are usually booked). I didn’t even get past BOOKING an appointment – that’s how bad this place is. I called to book an appointment, asking what times are available and if there was anything available later in the week (sometimes places get busy and appointments are usually booked). WELL this lady literally screams at me over the phone for asking simple, customer questions. Lost a potential customer for being rude and unprofessional.
