I definitely found my new nail salon! Kim and Katelyn were amazing! I got a dip full set and a their limited time spring pedicure. They were so nice and presented great teamwork. I felt extremely welcomed and cannot wait to go back there. I highly recommend!

I have been having issues with finding a great nail salon to go to, but I think I finally found it! I had such an awesome experience here with J Lynn and Vu (I hope that’s how you spell your name). They were so awesome and actually did an amazing job. They seem to really know what they’re doing. The salon is also very clean and beautiful the lighting isn’t low you can clearly see what is being done to your nails. I had a no chip pedicure and fill in. I think that this will be my forever nail spa/salon.

I just got a acrylic nail fill at Royal Spa. All was good until I went to pay. They raised their price from $22 to $27 that is 25% increase, bla bla the whole Covid story. This price was in the flier so I was aware. When I go to pay they charge me $30 because she took one swipe of the dremmel over my nails and are calling it a cut down. I have been having my nails done since 1983 and never heard of this. They used the excuse costs are getting so expensive. This was a labor increase not a product increase, can’t blame Covid . Filing and dremmel should be part of nail fill. Place was nice but I will not be taken advantage if. Ask what you are being charged before process starts. RIP OFF

I’ve been to this location so many times over the years but my last visit on 12/4/22 was bogus. I got a older male and I requested a polish-free set with regular length nails like I had done 2 weeks prior which is only $38 + gratuity. The old man tried to originally charge me $52 then corrected the price to $45 which was still not the correct price the front staff kept walking back and forth laughing because they knew he was ripping me off. I gave them the $45 + gratuity because I didn’t wanna cause a scene but I was RIPPED off. I’m not happy and I feel bad that he felt the need to rip off a customer out of greed.

I usually always come to this location and never had problems before this time I came I don’t know if the lady was in a bad mood or what but she didn’t say much the whole time to me , then when it was time for me to leave I looked around to see if she or anyone for that matter could put plastic wrap around my toes so they wouldn’t get ruined I locked eyes with about 3 people but they all ignored me and looked at me as if I was stupid , common sense would be obviously I need something idk, maybe they didn’t care for my tip or judged and thought I wouldn’t tip ( I always tip whenever I come). anyway as I’m getting up to leave still novody asks if I needed anything I just ended up putting my shoes and socks and leaving . Still no nothing don’t come to this place theirs far nicer and friendly nail salons in the area

Midway between he told different nail tech to sit another client directly next to me and did not abide by the 6 foot social distancing rules.
