The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, the floor plan is open but still able to lend some privacy for services. Spotless. The staff was kind and happy, which makes a huge difference and it wasn’t a fake happy, they were all very genuine in their handling of each patron. If you enjoy adult beverages they offer several different wine options, including sparkling wine. If you don’t indulge they do have water available as well. It was an indulgent experience and well worth the pricing structure. Treat yourself and splurge on the “Royal Pedicure”.Notice to all you other nail spas, STEP YOUR GAME UP! Royal Nails is here now, you should be scared. Their customer service alone is going to have the better half of Charleston getting their nails, lashes, and waxing done here. The only drawback is the parking because it shares space with Outback and a liquor store but even if you have to park across the street, do it! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, the floor plan is open but still able to lend some privacy for services. Spotless. He did an AMAZING job on my nails, He was very knowledgeable & considerate, not only did he provide top notch service, he made sure that I was happy with the outcome. I haven’t got my nails done since the pandemic started and I must say, this nail salon exceeded my expectations. I was a walk-in and got serviced with no wait. The atmosphere was pleasant. The establishment was clean. The customer service was excellent. The nail tech I sat with was Leon. I showed him an inspiration photo (neutral pink short/medium coffin acrylic nails). He made sure I was happy with how the nails came along throughout the process. He did a great job. I was pleased with my service. The prices were reasonable. It’s been a couple of days since my visit there and I’ve received so many compliments on my nails. I have recommended a few people. I will definitely come back!
