The staff is amazing! I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now, and they truly treat you like family. My son has literally grown up around them and everyone is so sweet asking about family/your day. They truly do take their jobs seriously and make you feel more than a regular shop would. I would definitely recommend to anyone new or coming to the area. Plus the quality of work is top tier.

The woman was very rough I was worried my toes were bleeding. Cut my nails way too short. My daughter asked for a simple silhouette of Minnie and Mickey Mouse and I spent over $60 on something I had to fix at home. Also, the nail tech kept slapping my kid to get her attention. Very strange. Will never go there again, very disappointed. Manicure, Pedicure, Nail art, Nail designs

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueEverything was dusty and dirty with nail debris, pedi chairs were really gross and nail tools were not sterilized. I really should’ve walked out.Tech left me sitting there without flip flops and “forgot about” me. Pedi wasn’t bad other than the lotion smelling skunky and mani was just not good. Pics are fm when I got home that day. Would not go back.Services: Manicure, PedicureEverything was dusty and dirty with nail debris, pedi chairs were really gross and nail tools were not sterilized. Today is my 3rd time back to Royal Nails&Spa. They always do an amazing job but today Tiffany (I believe was her name) knocked it out of the park. I’m at very pleased she took her time and did amazing work inspite of the fact I had my 9year old with me rushing me! Manicure

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had previously been to this salon and had an okay experience, but when I went back the second time I had the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere, hands down. The pedicure was fine, but my manicure was terrible. I came in with shellac and she completely removed it using only a nail file after she took the acetone in foil off. It was not gentle at all, left my nails super thin, and my hands physically hurt. My hands were completely covered in the dust from the removal and I literally had to ask her to remove the dust and let me wash my hands because she just started painting over my nails with the dust still on them. She also didn’t even have me keep my hands under the UV light more than 30 seconds in between coats, and didn’t have me put it back under after the top coat. I posted a photo of how completely warped the color was after only two days. At the end of the manicure, my nails looked significantly worse than when I came in, and I showed it to a man who had been working at the front. She hadn’t trimmed my cuticles/applied any lotion, so he had her do that before I left, and in that process she made me bleed and it was the first time in my life that I ever got an infection at a nail salon.Services: Pedicure, Gel manicuresI had previously been to this salon and had an okay experience, but when I went back the second time I had the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere, hands down. I actually just went in for a fill in of my gel nails. My regular nails had grown out enough to be able to keep a thin layer of gel (acrylic) on and not have a tip. I told the woman who was helping me that I wanted to keep the oval shape I already had, and this did not happen.

I had a bad experience with them a couple of years back but decided to give them another try. Mistake. I went during the week hoping maybe this time with less people I would not be rushed through. Wrong. From the moment I walked through the door it was a race. Not a friendly experience at all.

Paid for a higher package pedi but did not receive the service, so they stole from me basically. Still charged me $75 and did not do a massage at all. When I asked he said he did the hot stone massage and a sugar scrub but I must not have paid attention. Basically, he was the last one there and ready to go. I won’t be going back! Pedicure
