Beautiful inside of facility; however, the work was below subpar. I’m very particular about my natural nails. My first red flag should have been that a “soak-off” is not a soak-off. They wrap your nails in foil for about 10 minutes then DRILL the dip off. At my normal shop and many others this method is no longer done as it ruins the nail bed. I was told when I inquired “it’s more than one way”. I literally had to tell the lady it was burning as she drilled away and damaged my nail bed. I was getting a simple soak off with a dip overlay. That’s it! Nothing fancy. No stones. No designs. Two days after I left….my index fingernail breaks across as I’m opening refrigerator door. About an hour ago, I pick up my computer mouse and my thumb breaks where now it’s bleeding. I normally drive downtown Raleigh from Wake Forest because I’ve yet to find a shop here that’s does it properly. Now because of the convenience, I’ve been forced to cut my nails so I won’t end up with exposed muscle and skin. NEVER EVER AGAIN! Also, even after I tipped because in these times it’s just humanity but I want my money back!!

Wish I could get them zero stars. Appointment was at 2pm but waited almost 2 hours. They said they wanted to wait because I had booked 2 appointments and wanted me and the 2nd person I had booked with me to get our nails done together. So while they serviced her, she got a pedicure, I waited. I mentioned that someone could have a least talked to me instead of brushing me off when asked about when i was going to get service. It was clear that they over booked because several people were waiting 20 to 30 minutes passed the scheduled time. It was very unprofessional and no communication towards the customers. What is the point of making an appointment if I have to wait pass the scheduled time.
