I am fairly new to this area, coming from the city. It took me a while to find a salon that I was comfortable with, and this is it. Royal Salon is clean, they don’t make you wait around, and they do a fantastic job on my nails. The customer service is wonderful, they are always friendly and courteous. They also give amazing spa pedicures, a luxury that you will enjoy. I am so glad I tried this place and will continue to use their services.

I went the first time and thought it was beautiful. I bought the VIP and planned on making this my new place. Pedicure chipped in less than a week. I didn’t get to upset. it is summer and figured I was hard on the pedicure. Second time the same thing. Third time polish chipped in three days. Staff is not super friendly and definitely talk about you to each other. Final thing that upset me was the last tech actually took the receipt to see her tip.

I went to get my eyebrows done recently, from walking into the salon I picked up on the attitude of the receptionist and the atmosphere that they prefer a certain type of customer to another. After waiting for 15 minutes to get my brows done the receptionist took another walk in customer before me, when I had been waiting for 15 minutes already at this point. When I said to the receptionist “you know I was here first” she told me please give me some more time, dismissing me and letting someone go before me, when I arrived first and was waiting.
