Royal nail lounge is hands-down the best nail salon in our area and the best I’ve ever been to. Kristy and her staff always make my daughter and I feel welcome and like part of the family. Their service is unparalleled, their atmosphere is calm and relaxing and I am always beyond happy with my results. Kristy is always so helpful when it comes time to book an appointment and she makes sure everything runs smoothly. I’ve been coming here since their grand opening a few years ago. The staff here is awesome, they really make you feel like Royalty. This salon is very sanitary as well. All tools are sanitized after each client. They have changed owners since the original owners that opened. The new openers are just as amazing. I would totally recommend this salon to anyone in the areas looking for a royal pampering!

I will never come back again! I spent $65 on French tips. Never have I ever. I asked for short nails. She charged me for long. I told them what she did to my nails was short not long so why am I being charged for long nails? She said no those are long. I already told the lady I cannot afford $65. She told me she will show me one nail but procceded to do them all anyway. BAD SERVICE! As you can see in the photo those are short.

This has been my “go to” salon for years. Not any more. I went in on a Thursday for a gel manicure. I didn’t think the male stylist applied the polish as much over the nails as he should and could have. He was in a hurry, I guess, because it was the week before Christmas and the salon was packed full of customers. When he finished, it looked like they’d been on a couple of weeks and grown out-that is how far from cuticle he applied the gel. As a result of that, or cheap/old materials, who knows, THREE days after gel manicure, two nails were chipped at the tip and a thumb nail was cracked. I went back TWO different times to have them repaired. The woman who repaired did a better job than the original set. All in all, a waste of money and more importantly, my time. Looking for another place to take my business and goodness knows Gwinnett has plenty to offer. Advice and comment to the salon owners? –yes, you made it right in the end (after TWO additional visits) but it could and should have been done right in the first place.

Came in for a fill in and they do a great job with manicures but the guy cut me really bad and I told him 2x he was filing too hard on the corners of my fingers. He didn’t even help me & I was bleeding. Also didn’t properly discard my stuff after I had bled so that is gross to me. All tools should be washed after that… never going back. Gel manicures

I got Sns done here and it lasted a whole month until i was able to go back and get the redone! The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing and the nail techs are friendly and kind. The job is always clean and I’ve never had to wait long to get my mani/pedi.

I love this place!! I refuse to go anywhere else. Prices have gone up given inflation in the economy right now but it’s worth every single dollar! My nails always come out absolutely perfect!! Manicure, Pedicure, Gel manicures
