They take exceptional care of my lady’s fingers and toes. I had the pleasure of chauffeuring her here on a rainy day. They even made me feel welcomed. Let me sit in the massaging chairs while I waited. Provided me with water and all. The Asian candies in the green wrapper is if you like that guava flavor.

I went in for eyebrows and I’ve been here before and they do a great job typically. I went in today and got serviced within 5 minutes. The lady who took me to the back has never done my browns before but I usually don’t discriminate on who does my eyebrows. I’m not that difficult of a person. I told her before we got started that I didn’t need much done just a clean up will suffice. She said okay. When we were done I looked in the mirror and told her IMMEDIATELY that I didn’t like it and she took all my hair on my eyebrows off. As I complained not one word was said. All she said to me was $13 for the service I didn’t ask for. She nor the person in charge apologized or tried to accommodate me in any way. I left very disappointed and dissatisfied and unfortunately I will not return.

Does a great job however, poor at managing time. The first time I went I asked for a mani pedi, was on my way to a wedding. They did my nails and then wouldn’t do my pedi because not enough time/staff and sent me out with messed feet. I would have went elsewhere to begin with had I known. The second time made an appointment and still waited close to an hour to sit. The third time I walked in bc it seemed pointless to make an appointment after waiting close to an hour, only to sit for five minutes then be told nothing available for another 3 hours. Does a great job, just be sure you have a few hours.
