Nails looked beautiful originally but were not Gel nails like I ordered. $125 later and worthless. Completely came off one week later. One mail came off four days in. These are obviously not gel nails. I had questioned why they were not burning when applied and they still told me they would last 2-3 weeks and were gel. Clearly they have no residue under the nail bed. I feel scammed.

Place is clean and the staff is nice enough. However I got my nails done on 5/18/19 paid 45 for a fillin with gel color and stones.. my one nail broke,and three others started lifting. All the places I have gone to this never happened. I went back to get the nails fixed and the ones that were lifted were glued on and the broken nail fixed. I paid 5 dollars. I probably wont be returning. Second day after getting nails “fixed” one that she glued back on is lifting again. Ladies dont waste your time going here..seems like they use cheap products. Also my pedicure is chipping as well

I walked out with unfinished nails! I have been coming here for years with my mom. I always go to one of the owners. Book my appointments ahead of time. I understand her high in demand of requests. My latest experience was horrendous. The other co owner always does ombre. She had me rush here after work to tell me he wasn’t there and she could do another design. I rescheduled because I wanted something specific. I arrive on time for my appointment. She does my fill in and filing. As soon as she noticed another customer walk in she asks the co owner to finish me. I was hesitant because i always go to her and he was only supposed to do my airbrushed ombre. The one nail I wanted a solid color he only put one coat so you could see spots of my nail. I mentioned this to him and he began yelling and said he’s done. I walked out because as a paying customer I deserved better. Owner I normally go to comes out. I explained what he did was wrong. Instead of her having my back and apologizing she said she doesn’t care to have my business as she has many other customers. She took over 10 pictures of my car to report me to law enforcement for not paying. I go back in to pay and demanded she delete all photos of my vehicle which she did. Absolutely terrible to treat and speak to any paying customer this way. Humiliating experience in front of other people. Would not recommend and I will never go back.
