The few times I have been here it’s been Ok unless I got Nina (I’ll have to make appointments next time to ensure that). The man I had did a wonderful massage but my toes did not turn our well at all. I will have to take the polish off and redo it myself. Its uneven and spots rubbed off after letting them dry for a really long time. I can scrape the polish off, its so soft. This place is very clean and nice I just havent had much luck with lasting polish (pics taken the next day in the morning)

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in there and the nail tech cut my nails to short after I told her not to cut down no more. She decide to file as low as she could possibly go. My nails are now short and think, and not to mention crooked. Call the manager Brian and he said he would help me by replacing them and charge me for a full set. Why should he charge me for a full set when his name tech messed them up!! He was rude and then decided to hang up on me when I told him that I would never come back. My nails are now short and think, and not to mention crooked. Call the manager Brian and he said he would help me by replacing them and charge me for a full set. My sister and I came here today 2/26/2022. Around 11ish. Keep in mind it wasn’t busy at all and no one was waiting. We came to get a pedicure and I got my eyebrows waxed. I got the lady with glasses and short hair. She was rushing with my toes and actually nipped me on my big toe but I let it go. I asked Ann- royal (the younger female that was doing my sister pedicure) if she could wax my eyebrows for me because I didn’t want the other lady that did my feet to do mine. She declined and said my lady can do it. So my lady did my eyebrows and I asked for her to clean them up and not too thin. I should’ve known not to let her do them because of how she did my pedicure which is why I originally asked Ann- Royal if she could do it. She didn’t take her time on my eyebrows at all, she kept pinching me with the tweezers and being rough on my eyebrows. When she finished I noticed that she ruined one of my eyebrows and she said “you said clean up so I didn’t want to take off much” she did ask if I wanted her to fix but it was absolutely no way for her to fix it because it was already too thin which is why I was confused on why she said she didn’t want to take off too much when she already did. This was a horrible experience

If you come here, schedule an appointment with Trina!!! She does the best nails. She’s very polite and keeps conversation the whole time to avoid awkwardness. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I did have one woman speak to me rudely, but thankfully she wasn’t the one doing my nails, but that’s the only reason why I give it 4 instead of 5 stars, but overall, very nice!!
