Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI called ahead of time to see if I could get a same day massage. This place is in a strip mall so I wasn’t too concerned about it being really shady however, when I arrived the door was locked but the “open” sign was on. I rang the bell and a lady answered, unlocked the door and let me in. She gave me a weird look and I let her know I had called. I told her I wanted the deep tissue massage and she said okay and asked that I pay upfront. I have never been asked to pay upfront for a massage before, always afterwards. I was hesitant but I said okay. When I said I had a card, she seemed annoyed and told me that she had to charge me extra for using a card.I walked out. This place is shady as they come . I called ahead of time to see if I could get a same day massage. This place is in a strip mall so I wasn’t too concerned about it being really shady however, when I arrived the door was locked but the “open” sign was on. Positive: ProfessionalismI went for the first time to this place and Lucky gave me the best massage ever! I am going back again I am a very satisfied customer. I got the Thai and Swedish massage, I’m giving them a five star rating for their professionalism and cleanliness. Lucky even wore a mask
