If you’re looking for the fancy spa experience, this is not the place. If you want relief from chronic pain and tension, I cannot recommend her enough. I got a massage focused on only my shoulders/neck and I am in awe of the pain relief. Don’t care if she answers the phone for a quick minute, it’s so worth it. I’m definitely coming back on a regular basis.

I’m not sure who the staff member was three years ago with the bad reviews on here but whoever helped me today with relieving back pain from a stressful flight was amazing. She was kind, listened to my concerns about being extra sore in specific areas, and she applied the right amount of pressure for me. She also did not rush me and I paid at the end of the service (different from what the other reviews said when paying before service). They got me in same day on a walk in. Is it a glamorous spot to get a massage, no, but they got the job done well. Keep in mind you’re paying roughly $90 for an hour here verses $250+for a regular spa massage. I honestly will be back because the massage helped me so much. Same day my shoulders were relaxed and I could finally take a full deep breath again (I also weight lift which attributes to the degree of tightness). Muscles feel so much better and my range of motion has improved.

They accommodated a same day scheduling for me and my husband. That’s why I was able to give one star. Worst massage I’ve had. Fingers in my ears multiple times. Think wet Willy without the wet. One handed massage for 90% of the time. Cold. Rubbed my neck with one hand for 15 minutes with my top half uncovered. I almost asked them to stop so I could go home. Rubbed my face, so odd. Hands just sloppily rubbing my cheeks and chin. Fingers held over my nostrils. I had to hold back laughter. Shook my legs but didn’t really rub them. No foot massage. I don’t know what happened… I’ll never forget it.

I was never asked about the pressure being okay and it was not. It felt like she was simply rubbing oil on my back and not massaging. When she got to my legs it was so painful I couldn’t even breathe. Her draping technique was almost nonexistent. I was never asked about the pressure being okay and it was not. It felt like she was simply rubbing oil on my back and not massaging. I would give 0 stars of I could. I paid for an hour deep tissue message. What I got was more knots in my neck and shoulders then I had when i arrived. The entire message was 30 minutes of rubbing cold oil on my back. Then the “massage therapist” asked me to turn over and she went to wash her hands. When she returned with no oil rubbed my face and leg I have two legs but only one received a message. No message of my shoulders, chest, feet, hands, or leg. This was the worst massage I’ve ever received. I’ve had free massages better then one I just paid for. Don’t waste you time or money just go somewhere else.
