I got my nails done for Fall. I had asked for Dip powder and I was informed it would be $45. So I accepted the price. I asked the person doing my nails to add a single rhinestone on my pinky, middle finger and thumb for each hand. So, in total, 6 fingers have a single tiny rhinestone. I was given the receipt for the bill and each “design” was $5, coming out to $30 for the rhinestones alone! My total for short nails dipped in powder and “designs” came to $80. On top of the $45 they added $5 for shape type. I didn’t get anything special, just square, like always. I informed them I was not told each rhinestone would be $5 extra. Insane. So they ended up taking $10 off for me. They should have asked me if I accept the $5 charge per finger to add a rhinestone or inform me in some way they would charge me more before starting. I was expecting $45 and ended up paying $70! Terrible customer service. I won’t be coming back.

I absolutely love this nail salon. I have had a few different technicians do my nails and the results are always beautiful. Daniel did this pointed set for me and I am in love with them! The gentleman who I believe is the owner at the front is always so kind and everyone who works there is just wonderful. I drive all the way from Denton to go here because of the amazing job they do. Can’t say enough good things about them!!

I brought the rounded French picture with me and I was told they were able to perform the design. After about 2 hours of trying the employee threw a full tantrum and packed up his stuff and told the owner he’s not able to perform the task he agreed to. I was then left waiting for 30 minutes until they found me another employee to complete my nails. I was there for 3 hours and nails that would have cost me $55 dollars somewhere else cost me $75 here with no apology for the inconvenience from the owner who witnessed the amount of disrespect and inconvenience I tolerated. I will not be coming back here. These nails should not have cost me 3 hours and $75.

I went to royal lux for the first time a few weeks ago and had a pedicure and nexgen. The nexgen nails were great but the paint from the pedicure fell off after TWO DAYS. I was pretty upset about this but brushed it off and went back this week to get nails redone. When I left they looked okay but three days later my dip piercer nails are cracked. Also, the French dip that I got was $5 more than what is posted on their website. Not that big of a deal if they would of lasted longer. Just save your time and money and go somewhere else. I gave them two stars because they seemed clean and the first set of dip nails I received were good.

Poor customer service. The nail techs were rude. My pedicure & next gen powder set weren’t to my liking and they didn’t bother to ask if I liked them. I paid for the luxe pedicure and didn’t receive everything that was supposed to come with it. No rose petals , no sea salt, the water didn’t have a drop of anything in it. I basically paid for a luxe but for the basic pedicure. I won’t be going back and will not recommend.
