Very unprofessional when it comes to her clients kot being satisfied. Took my 6yro to her hair done on her birthday 7/1/22 only for my baby not to be able to enjoy her bday. She braided my baby hair so tight that her scalp was bulging up in the back and front. My kept saying she was hurting her head but I thought she was being a little overdramatize. My baby cried for hours when it was her bedtime leaving me no other choice but to take her hair out hours after getting it done. My daughter scalp was bunched up so tight she didn’t apologize or anything she just blocked me when I kindly text her that she braided my baby hair so tight. She wanted to blame me that because she had to comb out my baby hair that’s why her head was hurting when you can clearly see how tight her brain was pulling pulled
