So the first time I went here they demanded I leave a better tip. Even though it annoyed me, I did so and thought I would give them another chance. Today I called and made an appointment for 2 30min massages at 3:30. He confirmed on the phone it was 3:30. So we left the skit bill a bit early to get there on time. On arrival he was just bringing two woman back and then uses his translator to let me know, they are busy now and ask if we can come back later. So don’t expect an appointment to mean anything.. unsatisfied and do not recommend and won’t be back.

See all the reviews below— 100% true, the staff demand you give them at least a 20% tip when paying at the end. We were leaving a 17% tip, and the man kept pointing to the sign which said “18-20% tip is appreciated”, and he made it very uncomfortable for us. Since when is a tip 20% obligatory!? You can’t treat customers this way.

Not a professional place … We made a massage app for 4pm then the guy kept saying 4:30… he was not able to communicate too well and he kept saying 4:30 we said no we will be back then he is like oh no come in! Then I got 50min massage not 1hour. they said a different price on the phone than when we arrived then they kept pointing to the paper saying 20% tip forcing you to do so NOT COOL WHEN was not a 20% worth so at the end you HAVE TO pay $120 for an ok massage NOT SURE he is even a real therapist:/ …old town hotsprings has real therapist so go there!

Critical: ProfessionalismMy husband and I have been here many times before.Sadly tonight was not a good experience. We received 55 minutes of what was supposed to be a 60 minute foot reflexology massage.Upon check out I paid with a credit card and gave 20 dollars cash for a tip. The girl kept pointing at the sign about the tip. She did not speak English so she just kept pointing at the sign. She then got her calculator and showed me that the tip should be $24!!!A tip is for good service which we did not get.In retrospect I wish that I would have picked up my $20 and walked out.So sad about feeling this way. In the past we have had good service.I doubt we will ever go back.My husband and I have been here many times before.Sadly tonight was not a good experience. An absolute rip off! The massage was mediocre at best…Ive had better getting a pedicure. When we paid, we left a cash tip for 18% and the old man threw a fit because he wanted 20%! Since when is a tip obligatory? We should have left nothing and we will NOt be back!

Had gift certificate for foot massage. Therapist was okay, not bad, but not great. While it’s nice to get some head, neck, hand massage I felt feet did not get enough time,I would have enjoyed more massage on feet since it was supposed to be foot massage after all. However the place next door is under major renovation so all massage time hear loud construction noise, driling, hammer banging etc. It was so opposite from relaxing. Didn’t enjoy the experience and left with a headache from loud noise. It’s not owners fault but perhaps they can warn you,I would have came back later.

Stay away. My boyfriend and I decided very reluctantly to get massages here, bad idea. My therapist was so deep I couldn’t breath they don’t speak English so he didn’t understand what I was trying to say. He very aggressively rolled over my spine several times I left in pain and woke up with bruises. As a therapist myself I can say he is probably not licensed or trained. My boyfriend had the lady who was much more gentle but sat on his head and massaged his back… Seriously the worst and to top it off it was 200$ for 40 minutes.

It was ok, but definitely not worth $60 plus tip. The therapist was sweet but her hands were ice cold and she wasn’t able to apply adequate pressure even when asked to increase it. It also was noisy while I was having the massage. They do have music playing but very softly and I could hear people on the phone talking etc. I had used this establishment a few years ago and I had a better experience then.
