Critical: QualityThe shop is very nice and clean. But in the process of getting my hair done I was getting color and retwist and one of my locks was broken off. They could at least told me. I was there for at least 6 hours. My hair now is not healthy at all, after 3 process of trying to get a certain color. I wished I would of never let her put them chemicals in my hair, I’m bald as a baby’s butt on one side. The shop is very nice and clean. But in the process of getting my hair done I was getting color and retwist and one of my locks was broken off. They could at least told me.
