I had my first visit to Royal Cut Kings today and I must say I was very impressed. Eric and his staff made my children and I feel welcomed. Rozy did an amazing job braiding both of their hairs and John did an excellent job fixing a previous haircut. The overall experience exceeded my expectations that I had my husband there in for his haircut right after we left. I definitely recommend this place and most certainly plan to return for future haircuts.

This place is incredible. Eric Julius is well-skilled and extremely personable. Nice environment. Customers and staff all seem very friendly, a lot of discussion, great music in the background, and good game on the screen. A true sense of community at this place–staff and customers talking, people walking in off of the streetfront to say ‘hello’ as they just walked by, customers knew one another and those who didn’t were still very talkative and friendly–like family. A great vibe. BUT, the end result is the most important thing, right? I am picky, very picky. This man did an excellent job with a beard trim and haircut. No hesitation on returning, for certain. In fact, I have already booked my second appointment. You will NOT be disappointed.

I got my haircut by John and he did an amazing job! Very professional and knowledgeable. He paid close attention to detail and was very thorough with my cut. I was able to sit and let John do what he felt was best, unlike the last place I went. I ended up in the chair next to the shop’s owner, unknowingly, and he was very friendly and personable! I can tell he takes great pride in his work and his business! As a woman, I would recommend this shop, as I felt very comfortable and it was not intimidating and tense like other barbershops I have been in. I will be back and will be recommending!

This was my first time here and Eric gave me the ROYAL TREATMENT! I am always nervous trying out new barbers but Eric asked me exactly how I wanted my hair and beard and the execution was flawless. He finished up with a hot scented towel and face massage and it was the perfect finish to this great experience. Will definitely come back and recommend. Royal Cuts Kings is not your ordinary barber shop. These guys are true professionals! From the moment you walk in to the shop, you notice how clean, organized and friendly the shop is. I had a great experience taking my son here to get a haircut. The feeling of royalty hit us as soon as we walked through the doors. Eric greeted us warmly and made sure we were taken care of right away. Most barbershops I’ve taken my son to have made me feel out of place coming in, I didn’t feel any of that. The service was great, I felt more than welcome and appreciated.

Spoke to Eric on the phone who was incredibly kind and helpful. Scheduled a walk-in appointment for my 12yo son that same afternoon. Trey did a fantastic job. My son is biracial with loose curls and is very particular about his hair. The first thing he said when we got to the car was, “Mom, I love it.” It’s not cheap but the quality of the cut and professional and family friendly atmosphere made it worth it. Will definitely go back and highly recommend you do too!

I read a lot of good reviews about this place so I wanted to give it a try. I made an appt with the owner Eric, as he was highly recommended in the reviews. As I arrived they were running late, which is understandable. The owner apologized and said he will give me the best person for my sons hair since he was busy. Once again that’s also fine, however the owner finished a few minutes later which made NO sense why he had to turf me off. I showed the next barber, John a picture of how I wanted my sons haircut, just a little shorter from the top. He was too lazy and just shaved my sons head. I was so disappointed!!! Never again will I go there and won’t recommend this place !!! DONT EVER GO THERE!!!!

It was also great getting to know the owner, Eric. This is much better than your “typical” barbershop. I highly recommend you give this place a try.
