My family is going to Royal Cuts from last 7 years. I’ve recommended them to many friends. From last two visits I noticed Sam is making racist and derogatory remarks to one particular ethnicity. He is deeply disrespectful attitude towards certain customers. . He is making unreasonable demands such as I can only cut your hairs if you don’t move, your head should be absolutely clean before I put my hand. Last time my 11 years old was ashamed and deeply saddened when he made disrespectful comment in front of all customers.
