Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI visited this place for the first time today. I told them that I only wanted a gel nail polish, my nails were already in good shape, buffed and filed. I did not want to get a full manicure. However when I sat, the lady forced me to get my gels buffed with the excuse that the polish wont sit right on them, even tho my nails were perfectly clean and cut from home as I had done at home manicure, which I do better than salons here.She charged me $30 just for a gel nail paint. Usually it’s $30 for a proper gel manicure. I found the staff there to be cheating clients like this, just because they did not want to offer services that are cheap. A gel nail paint is usually about $12-$15I am extremely disappointed with the service, the ladies there were very loud, rude and cheaters. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever again. I visited this place for the first time today. I told them that I only wanted a gel nail polish, my nails were already in good shape, buffed and filed. I did not want to get a full manicure. My first time was a very pleasant one. They are very clean. They have a temperature station and have everyone wash their hands when they walk in. The receptionist was very nice and helped me decide on what I should as I was nervous because it was my first time doing acrylic. The guy that did my nails are gentle with me and always asked if I liked what he was doing. I would recommend this place 100%. I will be going back. I showed them the picture of what I wanted and they did it no problem.

Came here with a friend who has been coming here for years. She recommended this place. Never again. If you want a rushed job, come here. I got a mani pedi with the callus remover and the lady had me in and out in under an hour. My pedicure wasn’t that great. The callus remover was less than 5 minutes. She put some lotion on with gloves rubbed it into my legs and proceeded to paint my nails. No massage or anything. There was no time taken into making this a relaxing experience. Terrible. I will not be returning here. It seems all they care about is how many people they can get through the door.

Tina did my nails earlier today. She was very friendly, polite, and sweet. The salon is very sanitary, she put on a new pair of gloves before grabbing my hand and used sterilized instruments. My nails have not looked this good in such a long time. She was not pushy when I went to pick my color— in the past a nail tech stood over me, rushed me, and told me I was picking a bad color. Overall, my experience with Tina was amazing!

I was looking for a nail salon for a few days trying to figure out a good place to go. Royal Beauty had a lot of good reviews so I gave it a shot. I wanted to make an appointment for the next day and they had no problem with that! I walked in and everyone greeted me and was very nice. I had originally wanted a regular gel manicure but Cici told me about powder gel and I was very interested. She did an amazing job and really took the time to make sure they looked perfect. It was not as expensive as I thought it would be and I will definitely be going back to Cici when it’s time to get a new color. Thank you guys!
