Their lashes are cute depending on the lash tech. Prices went up. The reason for 3 stars is because they do not keep their appointments. Cancel last minute while you’re already on your way to the salon. Also if they do keep your appointment, they start you 2 hours late. These were my two experiences with them.

Bad customer service and false advertising their treatments don’t work at ALL my wife got the royal celuless didn’t see one bit of a difference it looks even bumpier now! Also she got the PDO threads done same thing not a bit of difference the lady’s where rushing to do her PDO threads on top of that! they just take your money don’t waste your time!

Charged my credit card without authorization, telling me I had an appointment when I was never made aware of an appointment. And don’t even get me started with the non surgical BBL. It’s trash. Waste of money . Lasts about 3 weeks and it all goes back to normal. Smh.
