Very disappointed in the customer service at this facility. I paid for an entire week in a level 5 bed for my daughter who wasn’t able to complete her tanning session due to a rash she got while tanning. I thought the tanning facility would understand the situation and let me tan in place of my daughter, but the manager was not accommodating at all. I asked the manager to contact me, and she wouldn’t call me back. Instead she was texting the person on duty to relay the message. Completely unprofessional and I felt bad for the person working to be the middle man that day. They do have good tanning beds, but I will not go back after my experience with this company. Extremely poor customer service!!
