All I wanted was my hair washed and I wanted a really good scrub. It was extremely reasonably priced for JUST a wash and condition, $5 a perfect price for that to be honest. Carlos washes my hair and what amazing hands he had!!! I will definitely be going back for sure!!! All three stylists that were on today were very nice also!

Went to the shop to get a TRIM when the staff was done I had a hair CUT. The lady cut a tremendous amount of hair off. I called and complained to the manager who still tried to make up excuses. I went back the next day and the manager still made up excuses for what the lady had did. I showed the manager before pics of the length of my hair and after. She still seemed to try and make up excuses for the staff. Bottom line I will NOT return. Staff did seem lazy, rude, and inconsiderate of how their customers feel. If you don’t like your job and you are not getting paid much why work there? If you don’t have experience in cutting natural hair admit it. For Individuals with natural curly hair I do not RECOMMEND going here. Manager thought I wanted a refund and all I wanted was an APOLOGY for the psychological damage that was caused for my VERY short hair cut.

Went in as a walk in and showed the lady at the desk a picture of a simple ombre. She didn’t do that so she suggested a different lady who didn’t speak much english. They were all very nice but the final result was very bad. I asked for them to also trim the tips of my hair to remove split ends but when I left, many places of my hair were longer than the rest, very uneven. The ombre look that I asked for and showed them a picture of was nothing close to what I got. I did ask them to straighten my hair instead of curling but it wasn’t even the same color. Do not get hair dyed here…dangerous. In the end she didn’t even properly straighten my hair and didn’t apply any heat protection. If they weren’t nice, I would have given them 1 star.

I went to Royal Barbers with 2 of my friends to get a haircut. When I sat down to get my haircut I asked for a simple fade. Before the haircut even started he claimed that he was a “stylist and not a barber so a fade might be difficult.” Don’t you go to barber school to become a stylist. Either way you should know how to do a simple fade. I spent $20 just to get the bottom half of my head shaved and then had the top not touched at all. Everyone I showed said that the haircut was horrible and that they could of easily done a better job. It was a pathetic hair cut done by a pathetic barber ( oh sorry a STyLisT).

Nice girl cut my hair but she’s missing skills. Went in to get a simple cut and she basically chopped my hair up. Paid $20 tip included and next day had to pay another $20 to get it fixed at my hood b shop.

Horrible customer service. Terrible place to go. Would never ever go back or recommend to anyone. Made a appointment well in advance and explained what I needed done for my 2 kids and when we got there I was told they would only give a trim and not cut there hair short. That they were too busy. They had my number and didn’t bother to call me to tell me they messed up. So unprofessional. We left with no hair cuts and waisted our time going there. Staff was rude and lazy.
