A man did my hair, he had trouble speaking English and pretended he was understanding me, just kept said yes to everything I said. I said I needed a “touch up” of my highlights and him and this women decided that meant to only do the roots of my hair. FOR HIGHLIGHTS. It came out so uneven and patchy. When I went home and put a toner on it, it didn’t work, so I had to put a dark brown on my hair. Bleaching it for nothing, I spent 140 dollars FOR NOTHING. YES THEY MADE ME PAY!!! They do not care about the integrity of your hair, or their customer’s needs. Sick to my stomach over this. Please do not make the same mistake I did these people have no idea what they’re doing. Critical: ProfessionalismHorrible service. I made an appointment and when I got there I was told by the hair dresser I had the appointment with she was busy. Drove half hour for no reason. She said the person that made the appointment told her but she couldn’t call me? She didn’t even make an effort to squeeze me in. Total waste of time!
