Critical: Punctuality, QualityI have been attending this salon since i moved here a year ago. Everytime I go I receive a mani/pedi and get my eyebrows waxed. The first few time i went they were great. Then a few few months ago things started taking a sideways turn. They began overlooking me and making me wait an extensive time to recieve assistance, sometimes hours!! Today was the last straw. I made a reservation Thursday for today at 11 for 2. I brought a friend and we both had pictures of how we wanted our nails. She wanted a pink based ombré glitter paint and i wanted a sunflower design. We did not recieve assistance until an hour after our appointment to which we were sat in a pedicure chair for another hour before receiving any work. In the meantime they assisted 4 individuals who came in after we did. They refuse to do any design on my big toe to match the design i wanted for my nails. After finally getting my feet done i waited another 40 minutes to get a manicure. My design turned out nothing like the picture. I ended up with fireworks instead of sunflowers and my friend recieved a simple glitter top coat on 2 of her nails instead of the design she wanted. I still have stray hairs around my eyebrows as well and as usual had to come home and pluck them just a few hours later. We finally left at about 3 oclock today both very unsatised. When told this isnt what i wanted i got the response that it was too difficult and they could do no more. I showed them the design and asked if they could do it before we even started today and he told me yes. Now i will have to go somewhere and get my nails redone dur to the fact my designs look horrible. Today was the first time i have left any service without a tip! I have been attending this salon since i moved here a year ago. Everytime I go I receive a mani/pedi and get my eyebrows waxed. The first few time i went they were great. Critical: Professionalism, Quality0 outa 10 would not recommend I left with 3 bleeding nails and once they popped off a week and a half later after paying 45$ I had a blood clot under my natural nail and all my nails were damaged and they were really rough and they still won’t refund meService: Acrylic nails
