Did good haircuts, but have to drive 10 minutes out of my way. Decided to go get a haircut today and was turned away, told I could come back in 30-45 minutes because the person “hadn’t had lunch”. Well, how about I just don’t come back at all. If there is a chance I am going to drive 10 minutes out of my way just for you to turn me away, I won’t take that chance at all. Problem for them because I usually give a 20 and let em keep the change, but not if you gonna rob 10 minutes of my time and gas.

Great price on haircut, but was a little lacking in the customer service area, as soon as I was placed in a chair she told me it would be a minute cause she had to call her husband back, she got upset on the phone then ranted about his lack of common sense when she got off… then multiple times throughout my hair cut she got very distracted talking with all her coworkers. Just a little unprofessional!

Not very knowledgeable about scalp issues. Claimed my son had lice when he has chronic dandruff. Heads up, lice move dandruff doesn’t. I went straight to another barber and they cut his hair, no problem. Used them for 12 years, now I go someplace else.
