Went for haircut after many bad haircut and then waiting to grow(yeah someone did Bob cut and then pixie to undo everything, so had to wait months before my hair grew reasonable) Edwardo did EXACTLY what I asked and even better! Critical: PunctualityI had a haircut here a few years ago and it was just OK. I decided to come back and give them another try. My appointment was at 3:45. The night before they called and asked me to come in at four. I’m there at 4 and at 4:20 still waiting outside for my appointment or some kind of acknowledgement that Erika is behind or whatever but nothing. Finally, I decided to leave. I absolutely loved my experience here! I hadn’t been here before but really needed a haircut. Luckily, Denice had an opening. She listened to exactly what I wanted and constantly checked in to ensure I was happy with my result. Also they have a lovely little coffee bar and the atmosphere is perfect!
