Everyone speaks pretty good english, they handle squirmish people(me) well haha. I didnt feel like I was being man handled either haha! They’re careful with the cuticle cutters, But i got pinched once (no cut) Super accomadating to walk ins with a comfortable couch Im bigger and they got me 3 hot towels, one for my feet and one for each leg. I gotta tell you I loved that touch simply because its always an awkward squeeze trying to get into two horizontal towels, normally the only uncomfortable part of my visits to nail salons. Customer service so good, the vibe was awesome They gave me a bag for my shoes when they saw I was walking out in the foam flip flops. I didnt see a nail dryer but when I walked out & bumped my nail it was still ok!

I love coming to Rouge and have for around seven years. Every tech I’ve had experience with has been excellent and each care about the experience and services provided. The owners are great and are always happy to just be at the salon. I call on short notice often, and they almost always get me in. When they can’t, they are so accommodating on an alternate time. Highly recommend.

As with any nail salon you will find different levels of nail tech experience. My girls and I have been coming here a long time. Jackie, the owner, is so sweet and greets you like family. I have not used all the techs, but we have used Tanya, Jessica and Maria and they are fantastic! We stick to them because we know their quality. Better yet, if you aren’t completely satisfied with your nails (shape, thickness, finished product) say something so they can fix it. The price list is very transparent so you know what you are paying for going in. I’m not sure why there are negative reviews about how much the cost is here. I’m sure there are cheaper places, but I want quality and it’s worth it here.

I paid $95 including gratuity. She refunded less than 1/2 of that. I am floored and frankly quite amused at the greed.
