I came in with a friend who was getting her eyebrows done by abir. I was super nervous and abrasive about getting my eyebrows done because of the bad experiences. My favorite salon to come to. Abir, Hanan, and the receptionists are very welcoming. I’ve been a client for a long time and I never leave disappointed with their work they are amazing!!! I get my eyebrows done, I get a hair cut every couple months, and facials with abir are so relaxing and she helps you reach your goals with your skin. My appointment was at 1:45, the lady comes out and says there’s a 20 mins wait without even apologizing. 20 mins pass she says she needs another 10 mins but i couldn’t wait any longer because i had other commitments. I let her know that i cant wait but that i had paid a deposit so she says its my choice whether i want to leave or not but the deposit is non-refundable because this is their “policy”. Does your policy also say to have your clients wait 30 mins+ when they have an appointment scheduled? Pathetic. A non refundable deposit is when a client doesn’t show up NOT when you make them wait and assume people have their whole day booked for you rude inconsiderate people who have no respect for peoples time. She wouldn’t even come out and speak to me and made the front desk lady come back and forth. 0 customer service. Enjoy the deposit you probably need it more than i do.
