This was just okay. I was insanely disappointed after all the reviews. I went in with a simple request to take it back to dark brown with some highlights. What I got was a partial highlight and toner. The app I booked on charged $160 for full color highlight and cut. She charged me the full price for a partial highlight and trim. Because of the way she did it when I put my hair up, you can still see the growth from the back and it doesn’t match the rest of the hair. When it came to styling I told her I wanted a blowout with the round brush. She definitely dried it flat. It was awful… I left looking like I just got out of bed. Very disappointed

(Edited) I came to get a blonde balayage and left with copper highlights. Not to mention the fact that when she was taking the foils out of my hair she was rough enough that my eyes teared up. I was extremely disappointed with the results. For a better experience, I would have liked for it to have been toned correctly for the service I booked for. I only left three stars instead of lower because I have received a partial refund and the stylist responded to my messages professionally. However I will not be returning to this salon.

I had an okay experience the last time I came in. My hair didn’t quite come out like the example photos I gave my stylist and she wouldn’t curl my hair which was no big deal but in retrospect I am paying for the service so that was kind of a bummer. Not sure if I’d return to the same girl now. Hair highlighting, Haircut

I don’t personally get coloring or bleaching done. I think the hair styles and hair cuts are very consistent and pretty. While I think almost everyone will have 5/5 experience here. If you like more experimental or risky hair cuts I’d look around a bit longer as most are a bit vanilla for my taste.

The waiting area is very nice. We didn’t have to wait very long for the appointment. Our stylist was Sarah Mora, she was wonderful and she did such a great job. We will be going back. Thank you so much!

Sarah Mora is absolutely the BEST! She has been doing mine and my sons now for a year and a half. We found her at Rogue through a recommendation. Best thing to ever happen to us. The studio is stylish, extremely clean, and centrally located in down town brick town Lubbock. The vibe is awesome, and the people are super cool! I highly recommend Sara for any of your hair needs. She has done completely new cuts/styles on me and my son. She has highlighted my hair, taken me from crazy colors to natural, made me blond, and dyed it crazy bright colors. She know hair well and does great shaping on my sons hair and beard. I have had my hair done professionally for years now and Sara is the most amazing hair stylist we ever had.

I’ve been going to Garrett for years now and there is no one else that I trust with my hair. He has always listened to me and given me honest feedback on what will and will not work with my hair. I always get loads of compliments on my hair and I owe almost all of it to Garrett and what he has taught me about my hair over the years. I refer everyone I know to him and if he’s not able to see them, he does an excellent job playing matchmaker to find them an excellent hairstylist for their needs. I’ve only ever heard positive words from his work and the work of any hairstylist he’s referred my friends to. I also couldn’t be more proud that he’s opened Rouge. The atmosphere is unique and stylish in the heart of downtown. Cannot recommend him or Rouge enough!
