I called the morning of for a Dominican blowout, was told I need an appointment first which is understandable, but they still took me that morning. I was a little nervous at first because I would usually go to a competitor down the road but I was not left disappointed. The shop was clean and stylish, and the service was relatively speedy (get there early!). When I go for a Dominican blowout, I don’t usually expect too many frills but I walked out happy. Jessenia was my stylist and did a great job. I had a good experience and will return. I called the morning of for a Dominican blowout, was told I need an appointment first which is understandable, but they still took me that morning. I was a little nervous at first because I would usually go to a competitor down the road but I was not left disappointed. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to this Dominican salon because I know they deal with my type of hair. Well apparently the dark skin lady who works closest to the window decided to put some sort of perm or texturizer in my hair to make it easier for her to blow dry. I was unaware and if she would have asked instead of taking it upon herself I would’ve told her i’m natural. My hair has been breaking off badly and I couldn’t understand why. I had another woman do my hair and she instantly told me it was relaxed and now dead and needs to be cut. I went to this Dominican salon because I know they deal with my type of hair. Well apparently the dark skin lady who works closest to the window decided to put some sort of perm or texturizer in my hair to make it easier for her to blow dry.
