I went in because I was getting married in two hours and I needed a specific kind of braid done for my wedding. These ladies were able to not o ly make time for me but, also made me look stunning for my wedding. I cannot thank them enough.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI had a good experience and will return. I called the morning of for a Dominican blowout, was told I need an appointment first which is understandable, but they still took me that morning. I was a little nervous at first because I would usually go to a competitor down the road but I was not left disappointed. The shop was clean and stylish, and the service was relatively speedy (get there early!). When I go for a Dominican blowout, I don’t usually expect too many frills but I walked out happy. Jessenia was my stylist and did a great job. Only complaint was some customers removed their masks while in the salon but I wasn’t within six feet of them and the stylists had them on the whole time.Service: HairstylingI had a good experience and will return. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to this Dominican salon because I know they deal with my type of hair. Well apparently the dark skin lady who works closest to the window decided to put some sort of perm or texturizer in my hair to make it easier for her to blow dry. I was unaware and if she would have asked instead of taking it upon herself I would’ve told her i’m natural. My hair has been breaking off badly and I couldn’t understand why. I had another woman do my hair and she instantly told me it was relaxed and now dead and needs to be cut. I cut close to 6 inches when before I went to her my hair was alive and well.Service: HairstylingI went to this Dominican salon because I know they deal with my type of hair. The wait time is worth it. If you have never been there is a process. Sign your name on the clipboard near the sinks for the hairdresser you want and they will call your name at your turn. Very simple!

Wash and blowout has been 25$ for both of my girls. Yesterday we went there and she had the audacity to lie, and state I’ve never paid 25$ for wash and blowout for my children. She ended up charging me more, very unprofessional! We will not be going back !!!
