Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI went for a layered cut and it came out very choppy, not worth the money. She did not take her time, and used heat on my hair after I asked her not to. She also did not wipe the seat after someone else sat on it, she did not clean her hands, and she used the same utensils for different customers
