First of all this was my first time in, The man who did my nails acted uninterested in doing my nails from the beginning. I wanted a Ombré white and Bare (fall color) new set! He seemed aggravated that he had to remove my old set, then he barely put any white on my nails before putting the other color on. They literally look like I dipped my fingers foundation, poop or mud with no smooth transition , Into the white like a ombré should look!!! Won’t be back and these were not worth $75!!!!! What a joke!

Had a WONDERFUL fill done with black French tips with the most attention to detail I’ve ever had! I even made a second appointment in a few weeks because I was so impressed. Honestly, I’d really love to give them 5 stars but they got real sketchy about not taking my credit card… even though there was a card reader on the counter. I don’t carry cash on me so I had to pay by Venmo… which wasn’t even so bad until they told me not to put “Nails” in the payment description. I assume that’s for tax fraud purposes which is why I’m giving 3 stars.

Couldn’t find a list of services anywhere, and wasn’t told the price until the end. I didn’t think the shop was very clean (there is a difference between clean and sanitary, I want to emphasize they ARE sanitary, just a little untidy), but ya know what, they were so nice and I was so happy with the way my toes turned out that that stuff didn’t matter. I didn’t catch the name of the guy that did my toes, but he spent time on making them look nice, really worked on my cuticles, and didn’t rush the massage part, and I have had a hard time finding that kind of attention to detail at a nail salon!! Most places rush the job. These people care. I am picky when it comes to pedicures, but am happy knowing there is another place I can trust will do a good job in Gresham! I called and asked if they had time for two gel pedicures the lady on the phone said they had time right now took me about 10 minutes to arrive. Got here the ladies said they had tried calling lol should’ve known better to just leave . They started on our toes just to say the didn’t have time for a FULL PEDICURE since we were “late” ! ??? Payed $50 for just a toe trim / clean up plus gel polish , should’ve let us know from the beginning . I don’t recommend coming here super rude and unprofessional.

Tammy has amazing work, and gives the best hand massages for manicures. Tommy does great job as well! My impression of the salon? Nearly every chair for a customer to sit in for manicures is torn or ripped and worker stools torn too. For the cost I paid, not impressed. As a customer I like to feel valued sitting in Turin chairs and having the workers sit-in ripped UPS stools makes the place seem low quality.
