By far the worst place I’ve ever been to. The lady with the glasses was insanely rude to me and unprofessional. I went in to treat myself but I left crying. The lady with the glasses had given me soo many red flags but I ignored them all and gave her the benefit of the doubt. I should have listen to my intuition. First she rushed me to pick a color. Secondly she pointed and laughed at my middle finger I know its weird but she didn’t have laugh. 3rd off she didn’t even ask the shape or length I wanted. While she was doing my nails I was getting anxious and my hands started to shake. She scolded me for having that reaction which I couldn’t control. At that point I told her I didn’t want her to finish and she rage cut the poorly done acrylic. I wouldn’t have been so annoyed but she cut my ACTUAL nails off, I’ve been waiting to grow out.

This salon is not clean and the nail techs are not skilled. I went for nails 2 days prior to my wedding. He painted several coats before curing, so it was too thick. My nails looked terrible the next day – my rhinestones fell off and my thick coat of white polish bubbled. I had to go back for a repair. He cut me with the drill while doing the repair. On the day of my wedding one of my nails broke off and I spent my entire wedding hiding my finger from guests and the photographer. I am now on a flight with a finger with a bacterial infection. I have to try to treat it asap. The salon didn’t look clean but I was desperate. Never be this desperate.

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI came to get my nails taken off and put back on. The female worker wanted me to soak my hands in a bowl that was already used by another customer. You could see the nail polish chips settling at the bottom of the bowl. The acetone was brown. And I asked for fresh bowl with new acetone and the Male the owner said something to her in there native language. You could see the nail polish chips settling at the bottom of the bowl. The acetone was brown. I actually am one of the few that had a great service experience. My normal nail tech was too busy and I needed a fill in ASAP! I got Dan and he was very detailed in his work!! I love my nails! It was $40 for a fill in which is kind of overpriced but w loved the outcome !

Using the “sander” to remove gel polish she nicked all around my big toe. Then with the full set, the guy didn’t sand, didn’t push down my cuticles. STAY AWAY! This place has a 2 star review for a reason!!! Because of the reviews for Dan I decided to give the place a try. I picked the deluxe pedicure and manicure, menu states it is $40 and $13. After my pedicure is nearly over I was shown the menu again but with the zero in $40 crossed out and a 5 written next to it, so after the service had gone too far I was told of a price difference. Both the pedi and mani were terrible, I will have to trim my own cuticles in the morning. I can still see the roughness of my heel after paying for callus remover. Why is it so hard to find a descent nail salon in the area! This was probably the second or third worse nail treatment I have received in the 20 years I’ve been going. Don’t bother, stay away, you’re wasting your time money.
