I have went to rosy nails 4 times and 3 out of the 4 times were all from different people , and nails were not good. There is only one good person there and it’s Angie but she’s always booked. This last time I had some young girl I hadnt seen there before and she did a horrible job on my nails , took awhile , and had filed them so short that it was pointless to even have a tip on!! I got home and had looked at my nails and my middle finger nail will be falling off within no time because there’s a gap under the tip that it isn’t even glued to my nail! The girl seemed like a beginner. I didn’t tip her because I was so mad. Will not be going back there.

I made an appointment ahead and got right in. In and out in an hour and my nails are EXACTLY what I asked for. Trish even asked during the whole process if I was happy with nail length, color etc.

Craftsmanship is good. Long wait times. My concern is that I tried twice to make an appointment for my daughter. I was denied. I was a bit annoyed when another client bypassed me in line because she had an appointment. What is good for one customer should be good for others.

Critical: ProfessionalismI had a terrible experience this time around. The guy was on his phone the entire time and didn’t really say anything to me other than a couple comments when I wanted my nails trimmed shorter and when I asked to fix them he told me they were short enough. And when I asked for the shape of them they were done the complete opposite of what I said. And just felt like I wasn’t listened to and now 4 days later I’m going to get new ones put on elsewhere because they can’t even get me into fix them so I’m not having to deal with nails that are to long for me.Service: Acrylic nailsI had a terrible experience this time around. The guy was on his phone the entire time and didn’t really say anything to me other than a couple comments when I wanted my nails trimmed shorter and when I asked to fix them he told me they were short enough. And when I asked for the shape of them they were done the complete opposite of what I said.
