I drive to Bremerton from Fairwood for my hair & I think the photos can explain why. Mike & Melody are so skilled at what they do. My hair was previously so damaged and had a mullet-like chemical cut. They helped me create a look that got me back to feeling confident. They’re generous with their time and don’t make me feel like they’re fitting me in between other clients or potentially neglecting my hair while the developers process. If you are willing to commit to a certain look and you’re realistic about the time, cost, & limitations your look might require, then they’ll be a great addition to your pastel vivids transformation!

I saw Alissa for a color appointment. I was really excited about the salon’s lightening techniques but never got to experience them. I’m a natural redhead and I wanted to go lighter but for some reason I will never understand, instead of lightening my hair she made it darker (I did not get a strand test and she didn’t explain her process at all). I was in shock. She offered to fix it but kept cancelling and “losing” my follow-up appointments from her system at the last minute – which as a waste of my time as well as humiliating. If you like to be treated with basic respect and professionalism, don’t go here – you and your hair deserve better.

I called her cell 4 times myself, our coordinator called many times and reached out to every person who works at the salon. After reading other reviews I made an appointment with Amanda; you wont be disappointed! She is truely a perfectionist and took the time to get my hair perfect. Melody and Michael are the best!! I will never go anywhere else! All the stylists are super talented and the place is clean, modern, and chic. They are truly passionate about hair. This is the ONLY place to go if you want platinum hair (trust me…I’ve been to a lot of places) or a fantasy color, or just gorgeous hair in general. Great hair, great people, great music…you can’t ask for much more!

Monica did such a great job on my hair! She is very delicate which is a must with bleach blonde hair. Other stylists I’ve seen in the past have just brushed my hair so aggressively that they pull and stretch my hair just so they can finish faster. Bleached hair needs a lot of TLC and Monica understands and cares. She is sweet, talented, honest, and is definitely worth the drive!

Salon has a cool industrial vibe in downtown Bremerton. So this was to be my first haircut in more than 4 months because of covid and my first cut since we moved to WA from AZ. My wife made me an appointment with Alissa Nix after she went and had a consult with her, and I did have some reservations because she was going to be the first new person to cut my hair in over a decade. Alissa quickly quashed those reservations though and gave me a great cut. My wife loved it to. Alissa is awesome, she’s very friendly & attentive, and very also professional. I had been prepared to go through a couple bad cuts and really have to search out a new stylist/barber, but I lucked out and scheduled my next cut with Alissa before leaving. Now she’s cutting my whole family’s hair. Thanks Alissa.
