Went in for a quote/consultation today and margarita was very rude and almost seemed bothered I was there ( even though the salon was empty.) she was also rude and inpatient in helping with selection of color based on skin tone. She offered no advice. To top it off I was quoted $95 for long hair but when I got there she stated $160 (I know hair thickness matters too) but for this much and rudeness I’d rather spend $125 at Ulta and forgo this hostility. In addition did I mention this place only takes cash. Surprised this place had such great reviews. Never going back and recommending to all my friends to stay clear from this mess!

Been going to Rosies since I was a child. No bad experiences till this day. They even fixed my eyebrows after the Robles salon on 77 messed them up EXTREMELY it took months for my eye brows to grow back. Anyways can’t go wrong with a cut and wax here that’s forsure!
