Critical: Professionalism, QualityLottie was very nasty and mean. She was highly unprofessional and she was extremely late to my hair appointment! While she was putting my weave in, she was tugging way too hard and almost felt like she was pulling my hair out. While she was putting my weave in, she was tugging way too hard and almost felt like she was pulling my hair out.
