Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityStay away from this dump. My wife bought me a massage for my birthday and then we had a $10 off coupon for first time booking. When I arrived the woman demanded money up front, which I thought was weird. When I told her about the coupon, she kept asking “why!?!?” And proceeded to demand $60. She then walked away for a bit, called someone, came back and again demanded $60. I said I don’t understand why this is an issue and she continued to yell at me “why!?!?” So I put my coat back on and walked out. I’ve never had an experience like this in my entire life. Stay away from this dump. My wife bought me a massage for my birthday and then we had a $10 off coupon for first time booking. When I arrived the woman demanded money up front, which I thought was weird. When I told her about the coupon, she kept asking “why!?!?” And proceeded to demand $60. She then walked away for a bit, called someone, came back and again demanded $60. I paid the $60 fee upfront, then on leaving I offered her a $15 tip. I know of no business that wouldn’t see a 25% tip as generous, but she scowled and said “Twenty dollars!”. I was pretty surprised by this, and pointed out that I had just given her a 25% tip. She insisted again on $20, which would be a 33.3% tip! I was very put off by this.
