I used to get mani/pedis here regularly before Covid and always had good experiences. I went back for the first time last month and if possible they have gotten even better. My gel manicure looked pristine almost 4 weeks later which is impressive in general but I wash my hands 20 times a day for work and manicures usually don’t make it past the first week. They are friendly and clean. They chat when I’m feeling chatty and leave me be when I feel like closing my eyes and just enjoying the pampering. They will take great care of you!

Critical: QualityThese are my nails after ONE WEEK . These look horrible. They don’t really prep the nails, they just file them. I got short square. This isn’t even square idk what this is. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SHAPE AT ALL . They are friendly but they don’t know how to do nails. And there white turns to an off white to a yellowish color in less then a week. Please never go here. They gave me 2 infections. The woman ripped the skin off my foot. They gave me bacteria under my nails and I had to go to the doctor because of the injury they caused on my toe.

I loved this place honestly but I will not be back. I waited an hour to not have anything done. I have dip on my nails and within that hour they didnt even start the process to take off the old powder. When I got up to leave, she chased me down and GRABBED MY ARM?? When I said I had to go, she started to interrogate me and ask what time and where do I need to go. It’s none of your business, you should have at least started a service within an hour of a guest sitting there. Also, NEVER GRABBED A CUSTOMER BY THE ARM AND TRY PULLING HER BACK IN THE STORE. I was just going to come back another day but after that whole episode, I wont be back ever again.

The pedicure is weak at best. No options for any upgrades. Standard pedicure would be an upgrade. barely massaged feet and no calf/leg involvement. No beverage was offered (not even water). Scrub, hot towel, lotion, polish, done. If you’re looking for no frills & someone who turns off the massage chair to get you up (with no one waiting) then by all means. I will take my business elsewhere for $30.
